What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept the payment through PayPal & Cash on Delivery.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID. You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, peace-out and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!

What do I do if my payment fails?

Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days.

I tried placing my order using my debit card / credit card / net-banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. Help?

As a first step, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days.



What does shipping cost?

Payments made via our secure payment gateway using net-banking / debit / credit Card then shipping is free of cost within India. An additional handling charge of INR 95(only) is applied for Cash On Delivery orders.

Why are you charging INR 100 for Cash on Delivery orders? 

We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for all cash on delivery (COD) orders. Hence an extra COD charge is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?  

Orders in India are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India.Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).


Can I track my order?

Currently we do not provide tracking option. However you shall be receiving text messages on the status of the orders.

What if my order is undelivered or damaged? 

Undelivered :

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund. We will require 10-12 business days to initiate refund.

Damaged :

In the case of a flaw or damage to the item, please take a picture and email it along with your request to We will require 7 business days from our approval of your request to get the replacement item to you. You will not be charged for the shipping of the replacement item.


What is your return policy?

  • Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn or washed.
  • Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Care Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as reward points as per your convenience.
  • If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on


What is your exchange policy?

  • Customers can exchange their order within 3 days after an order has been delivered.
  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Email us Subject : Exchange. Explain your reason behind exchange. You will also receive an email confirmation from us as well.
  • We have reverse pickup facility. Our courier partner will pick up the product.
  • After we receive your courier and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will initiate Exchange.
  • Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at and we will get back to you.
  • We will require 14 business days to get the replacement to you.
  • Please note : In any case if either tags, packaging or the tees are damaged or washed, we are unable to proceed with the refund.

Can I cancel the order before it's shipped?

Yes. You can write us an email to within 3 hours after ordering. We shall refund the amount within 5-7 business days.

Can ArtBlot® arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?  

Yes we offer. Yay!

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure. Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days
